Rampage (Chain Exp.)

Rampage is a supplementary melee expertise much like Retaliation with passive skills instead of Toggles, these passive skills have only positive attributes and no drawbacks, their positives are however much lower than that of retaliation save for the +Activation at classes 3 and 4.
Rampage requires Attack, Spin and Rush to be all at class 2 and Pursuit at class 3.
Only one skill (out of two) can be selected per class.
It lowers Cooldown, Raises damage and Activation of Rush, Attack, Spin and Counter.
Impact rate:
Attack - Unlock Class 2 - Impact = 20%
Spin - Unlock Class 2 - Impact = 20%
Rush - Unlock Class 2 - Impact = 20%
Pursuit - Unlock Class 3 - Impact = 40%
Class 1:
Cooldown Reduction 10% ・ Attack - Passive, Reduces cooldown of all attack skills by 10%. (note that this skill is virtually useless because only Attack skills with cooldown are the ones coming from gear such as D.M.C)
Cooldown Reduction 10% ・ Rush - Passive, Reduces cooldown of all Rush skills by 10%. (note that this skill is virtually useless because only Rush skills with cooldown are the ones coming from gear such as Fatal Break)
Class 2:
Cooldown Reduction 10% ・ Counter - Passive, Reduces cooldown of all Counter skills by 10%.
Cooldown Reduction -10% ・ Spin - Passive, Reduces cooldown of all Spin skills by 10%.
Class 3:
Skill Activation +1 ・ Attack - Passive, Raises stack activation of all Attack skills by 1. (note that this skill is virtually useless because only skills that could benefit from it are long cooldown skills from gear such as D.M.C)
Skill Activation +1 ・ Rush - Passive, Raises stack activation of all Rush skills by 1.
Class 4:
Skill Activation +1 ・ Counter - Passive, Raises stack activation of all Counter skills by 1.
Skill Activation +1 ・ Spin - Passive, Raises stack activation of all Spin skills by 1.
Class 5:
Skill Power +10% ・ Attack - Passive, Raises damage of of all Attack skills by 10%.
Skill Power +10% ・ Rush - Passive, Raises damage of of all Rush skills by 10%.
Class 6:
Skill Power +10% ・ Counter - Passive, Raises damage of of all Counter skills by 10%.
Skill Power +10% ・ Spin - Passive, Raises damage of of all Spin skills by 10%.
